Andrew Hudson
Born and raised in Laurens County, South Carolina, Andrew Hudson has dedicated his career to helping property owners and residents across the state. He began working in property management at 18 while studying Business Management at Tri-County Technical College.
His career advanced from Leasing Agent to Property Manager, then Regional and Senior Regional Manager, and ultimately Director of Property Management — overseeing operations across seven states and more than 4,000 units.
Andrew has also been an Airbnb Superhost for six years, helping short-term rental owners set up, furnish, and optimize their listings in South Carolina, North Carolina, Indiana, and the Dominican Republic.
Beyond property management, Andrew volunteers with Meals on Wheels and serves at NewSpring Church. He and his wife Anna live in Upstate South Carolina, where they are raising their four children.
